We price each Surrey wedding individually based on guest numbers, menu choice, service style and travel. Summer Saturdays at popular Surrey venues book up six to twelve months ahead. If your date is firm, get in touch as early as possible. We can often accommodate shorter lead times for weekday weddings, winter dates and off-peak months.

In most cases yes. Our catering van is fully self-contained with its own power and water, stabilising jacks for uneven ground and a generator option. We cover barns, country estates, marquee weddings, private homes and registered outdoor venues across Surrey. Tell us your venue and we will confirm quickly.

We cater Surrey weddings from around 60 guests upwards. Below that it is worth having a chat - smaller weddings can still work depending on the menu and your timings.

Up to 150 guests from the single van, at around 80 covers per hour. This comfortably covers the full wedding breakfast or evening food at most Surrey weddings. For larger numbers we can discuss additional service points.

Yes. Every menu has vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and we cater major allergens properly. Our team is allergen trained and we handle dietary requirements at the quote stage so nothing is last-minute on the day.

Yes. We hold full public liability insurance and our food hygiene rating is available on request. We send insurance certificates directly to your Surrey venue ahead of the wedding if they ask for them.

Travel within Surrey is usually included in the per-head price from our Newbury base. For venues at the far east of the county or inside the M25 we add a small travel supplement which we agree upfront in the quote.

We run scheduled tasting sessions through the year where booked couples can try the menu before finalising their choices. Dates and options are shared once your deposit is paid.

We confirm final numbers four weeks before your wedding. Small increases are usually fine to accommodate. If numbers drop significantly we will recalculate the quote fairly - we only charge for what you need.

Service from the hatch uses disposable compostable packaging as standard. Upgraded tableware is available on request. Our team serves the food; we do not supply waiting staff for a sit-down service, and we do not operate a bar - most Surrey venues handle drinks directly.
